How about this one :) A real RED iPhone 4
I have no problem with the red i4, rather like it as a matter of fact. The rest of the phone is the most hideous looking thing I have ever seen.

I'm going to get there around 5-5:30. I'm sure there will be a line, but not like the line at the Apple store.

Thanks for all the info, Nermal. I'll check my files.

Yeah, that's my basic feeling too. It seems to work fine. Actually, because it works, I'm really not sure how long ago this started. I just glanced at the Dock the other day and was surprised not to see the little black arrow under the Mac face. Now I'm problem-solving it just for an excuse to learn more about the workings of OS X.

Thanks for the review. When the iPod Shuffle was first announced, my first thought was "I'd never by that." However, I've come to see it as quite useful and it may be a perfect fit for me.

The answer BEFORE Thunderbolt would have been more difficult. Assuming TB external drives, I'd say iMac.

Just a follow up to my original review a few weeks later. I'm still quite pleased with these for the money. I think they are a great deal because I'm able to enjoy monitor quality audio on the go from a wide variety of devices for a fair price. That's a great deal.
I use these regularly while working out and have no issues with sweat or them coming out. In fact, I find them to be a little quieter than what I'm used to when the cord is rubbed, something I can never seem to eliminate.
One of the things I didn't really appreciate at first is how much noise attenuation these provide, even turned unplugged. So, I find that I tend to play at a lower volume with these than I would on a set of iem's that didn't have the noise reduction.
The main complaint I have is that the accuracy of these will very quickly reveal if I've got a poor quality recording. Now, I don't find these to be unforgiving at all. Just very accurate.

How do i know what format the drive is in?
Plug the external drive into your MacBook Pro, and open a finder window. The WD drive should show up in the left part of the finder window, under devices.
Right-click on the drive, and click on "Get Info".
In the Info window, part way down you'll see the format. For example:
Format: MS-DOS (FAT32)
or
Format: Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
or
something else for NTFS...
Remember, you can't reformat a drive (or a partition) without losing the files currently on that drive (partition). So, you MUST copy the files somewhere else, first.

The product that Larry reviewed can be found here: http://www.thehishop.com/
They have the back oleo protectors but the front cutout is a single opening and not separate cutouts.
As a side note, when SGP first released their oleophobic protectors they were separate cutouts and somewhere down the line they decided to switch to a single cutout (not sure why).

You mean do I respond to overblown media hysteria and people who don't really understand how cell phones work? No, not really.

You may understand how cell phones work, but do you understand how the bumper works?

Okay, it's animated now, but that pushed the file size up from 103 to 245 octets. I hope the server can handle it.

When I say I'm broke I mean seriously broke. I just lost my job and am having a tough time finding one. I intend to get a new iBook sometime next year which will come with a wireless card and the newest OS (I'm using 10.2.8) and a bit more ram than I have. To do all these upgrades to my current iBook wouldn't make any sense when I could get a new one for just a bit more. I intend to give this one to my mother for she would only use this on a desk and wouldn't need the wireless. Perhaps if I had the extra money I would upgrade this now and wait for a good deal on a newer model, but circumstances are what they are.

Good stuff! Thank you! Just did a successful upgrade to 4.3.2 without any issues. I had forgotten that I had to hold the Option key while clicking on Restore. (this is on the Mac; Windows works the same way but it's a different key obviously)

I heartily agree, I even paid for a Pixmania card to get discounts and better service. It doesn't work, the discounts are only applied to special items.
As to service, what service? I bought a Nikon Coolpix that had a screen that failed after only 10 days. By the time I had an authorisation to return the item, not in my country but to their office in France, by the time they had sent it to Nikon to confirm there was a problem with the camera and eventually got a refund it took over three months! That was three months of complaining, writing to head office, what aggravation!
Pixmania gets my thumbs down, terrible service.

I'm running two Apple (Toshiba) SSDs, and an OWC Mercury Extreme; not the fastest out there, but plenty fast enough for my needs.

I am considering having my teeth whitened - my dental practice is offering 100 off at the moment so it's *only* 495
Sounds like a lot of money i know, but let's put this into perspective, a 20" ACD is still more expensive!
The procedure is called Brite Smile and involves having a bleaching gel applied to your teeth which is then activated by an intense blue light. This is done in three 20 minute sessions so in just over an hour they claim to whiten your teeth by up to 9 shades.
So does anyone have recent experience of this? Are the results really that good and does it last a while (literature i've got here says about 2 yrs)? I was at the dentist yesterday and the receptionist said she'd had hers done last week and they did look really good, but then i don't know what her teeth were like beforehand.
is there anyone in the UK that's had this done and if so how much did you pay?

Yeah, I have a rev A iMac G5 20 inch and it is perfect! Although, earlier this year I set up a rev A iMac G5 17 inch and it was so noisy that I felt embarassed being near it.
